Heavyweight Cotton refers to a comparatively dense, heavy cotton fabric. GSM stands for "Grams per Square Meter" and describes a fabric's weight.

A higher GSM value can give a garment more structure, a more controlled drape, and a higher-quality feel. GSM alone doesn't determine overall quality, though — yarn, construction, cut, and care all play an important role too.

Our current products are manufactured in Portugal, within the European Union. We work with selected production partners and place great importance on high-quality craftsmanship, close collaboration, and consistent quality control.

Body Supremacy focuses on carefully developed products, high-quality materials, smaller production runs, and manufacturing in Portugal. Our goal isn't to release as many products as quickly as possible, but to develop clothing that lives up to our long-term standards for quality, function, and design.

Body Supremacy® is a European premium gymwear brand — by athletes, for athletes. It grew out of over ten years of our founder's own training experience, and the realization that athletic fit, high-quality materials, and uncompromising quality are rarely combined in a single product.

Our brand is inspired by Japanese principles — and we never use Japanese characters as mere decoration. Our brand mantra Chanto (ちゃんと) means doing things correctly, conscientiously, and with care.

Every collection with a Japanese name carries a real meaning: our first collection, Nintai (忍耐), stands for endurance, patience, and perseverance. Future collections will carry further values — always with genuine meaning, explained and respected.
