1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with:
Yousif Nahama, trading under the brand “Body Supremacy”.
By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those products.
You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you receive our declaration of acceptance, which is sent in a separate email (order confirmation), or at the latest when the goods are dispatched.
3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and these GTC in text form (for example by email). For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery terms
4.1 Delivery area
We deliver within Germany and to selected member states of the European Union.
The countries currently available for delivery are shown during the ordering process.
4.2 Shipping and delivery options
Delivery is made exclusively by shipment to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. Collection of goods is not available. Delivery to DHL Packstations is not available.
4.3 Delivery time
Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated for the relevant product.
For deliveries to other EU member states, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated for the relevant product.
For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring financial institution. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after conclusion of the contract.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without delay. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay in that case.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for you.
5. Payment
The payment methods shown during the ordering process are available in our online shop.
Payment is processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal or, if selected, Klarna.
The payment methods currently available (for example credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other offered methods) are displayed during checkout.
Your payment method is charged at the applicable time depending on the selected payment method.
5.1 Payment via Klarna
If you select a payment method offered by Klarna, payment is processed by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.
If you choose a payment method offered by Klarna (for example purchase on account or instalment purchase), Klarna may carry out a credit check. For this purpose, the personal data you provide during the ordering process may be transmitted to Klarna.

5.2 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
6. Warranty rights and guarantees
6.1 Statutory liability for defects
The statutory law on liability for defects applies.
6.2 Guarantees
Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the relevant product and on special information pages in the online shop.
7. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

8. Liability
We are liable without limitation:
- in cases of intent or gross negligence,
- in the event of injury to life, body or health,
- under the provisions of the German Product Liability Act.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
Otherwise, liability is excluded insofar as permitted by law.
