Please include the following information in your message:

your height,
your weight,
your own assessment of your build or muscle mass on a scale of 1 to 10,
the product you're interested in,
your preferred fit — for example, close-fitting, regular, or a bit looser.

Optionally, you can also tell us your usual size in comparable clothing. This extra detail can help us fine-tune our recommendation.

Why do sizes vary by product?
