Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter, email or through our electronic withdrawal form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. Excluded are any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Returning goods after exercising the statutory right of withdrawal

The return deadline is met if you hand the goods over to the shipping carrier before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Packaging for a statutory withdrawal
Where possible, please place each item back in its corresponding original polybag or original plastic packaging. The label attached to it contains important information such as SKU, item description and size and helps us identify and process your return correctly.
If the original polybag is no longer available, this alone does not affect the existence of your statutory right of withdrawal. However, the goods must in all cases be packaged sufficiently and securely for transport.

Additional voluntary 30-day return policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant consumers a voluntary right to return goods ordered directly through our online shop for a total of 30 days from receipt of the respective goods.
The voluntary return policy applies in particular to returns made after the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired. Your statutory rights, in particular your statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights, are not restricted by this policy.
Return period
To comply with the voluntary return period, the goods must be handed over to the shipping carrier no later than the 30th day after receipt.
If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the return period for each item begins when that item is received.

Please let us know before returning the goods which items you wish to return. Where possible, include your order number and the items concerned.

Conditions of the voluntary return policy
The voluntary return policy applies only if the goods have been tried on solely to the extent necessary to assess size, fit and condition.
The goods must be unworn, unwashed, clean and undamaged. In particular, they must not show signs of use, stains, animal hair, make-up marks, deodorant marks, damage or odours.
All labels, hangtags and tags originally attached to the goods must be complete, undamaged and still attached.
Original polybag or original plastic packaging
Each returned item must be placed back in the original polybag or original plastic packaging belonging to that item.
The label attached to the polybag containing information such as SKU, item description and size must be complete and legible. This information is required so that we can clearly identify and properly process the returned goods.
If several items are returned, each item must be packed separately in its corresponding original polybag. Multiple items must not be packed together in a single polybag or placed in the wrong polybags.
The presence of the corresponding original polybag, including the legible item label, is a condition for making use of our voluntary 30-day return policy. If the original polybag is missing or the item cannot be clearly identified because the label is missing or illegible, we may reject the return under the voluntary return policy.
The goods packed in the original polybag must additionally be returned in suitable and sufficiently protective shipping packaging. The original polybag alone is not sufficient shipping packaging.
Goods excluded from the voluntary return policy
The voluntary return policy does not apply to goods that are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law. This applies in particular to goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.
Damaged, soiled, washed goods or goods worn beyond ordinary fitting are also excluded from the voluntary return policy.
Your statutory rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.

Cost of a voluntary return
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returns sent without sufficient postage may be refused. Where legally permissible, additional costs incurred by us as a result of insufficient postage may be deducted from the refund.
Refund for a voluntary return
For a return made in accordance with the voluntary return policy, we will refund the purchase price actually paid for the returned goods.
Delivery or shipping costs charged for the original order are not refunded where a return is based exclusively on the voluntary return policy.
As a rule, the refund is made using the payment method used for the original order.
We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Relationship to the statutory right of withdrawal
The voluntary 30-day return policy does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal, your statutory warranty rights or any other statutory claims.
For a withdrawal exercised within the statutory withdrawal period, the statutory provisions and the first part of this withdrawal information apply exclusively, irrespective of the conditions of the voluntary return policy.
