Withdrawal Request

Using the form above, you can submit your statutory notice of withdrawal to us quickly and electronically.

Alternatively, you can send us your unambiguous statement of withdrawal by email to contact@bodysupremacy.de.

Please include your order number and the items your withdrawal relates to, if possible. This helps us process your request faster. However, this information is not a requirement for your statutory right of withdrawal to be valid.

Returning the goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal via the form above or by email, please send the affected goods, with sufficient postage, to our logistics and fulfillment partner:

Please do not send returns to our business or contact address.

You bear the direct cost of the return. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

Packaging and item identification

Please repack each returned item in its original polybag or original plastic packaging. The label on it contains important information such as SKU, item name, and size, and allows us to identify and process your return quickly and accurately.

For a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy, returning each item in its original polybag is a requirement.

For a statutory withdrawal within the withdrawal period, we also ask you to use the original polybag for your return where possible. If it is no longer available, this alone does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal. The goods must in any case be packaged adequately and securely for transport.

Voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant consumers a voluntary right of return of 30 days in total from receipt of the respective goods.

Additional requirements apply to voluntary returns made after the withdrawal period has expired, in particular regarding the condition of the goods, the presence of labels, and return in the original polybag.

The voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your other statutory rights.
